Each individual client and employer member receives a dedicated nurse from the CNN team. The nurse is readily available by email, phone, and text messaging.
Centers of Excellence Referrals
When our nurses see the need an referrals are triggered by our nurses and can be used for complex medical diagnosis and second opinions.
Relationship Development
Your Nurse Navigator wants to be your first phone call with medical questions or concerns; getting to know you, your family and your individual medical needs and providing support throughout.
